This place is horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!! They are not very understanding of what you want. They gave me 3 different workers none of them had the right price I was told the wrong price by the 3 people that helped me.Kevin was very nice but didn't really care if I which was his customer was satisfied. The manager basically told me it was my fault because I didn't look at the price menu they had posted but regardless I think the employees should know there prices. They treated me like just another customer they didn't have no care in the world to even try and make me satisfied before I left upset. The best she did was give me 5$ discount which then should of been free because what he basically did was only worth 5$ pedi massage sucked the pedi session was very quick and this place is just not my cup of tee I was treated really unfairly I will never go there again my first and last time going I came here because of the Google reviews but didn't stand up to those standards not worth my time or...

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to have one done about this place. I went in today asking to have pedicure and manicure. The guy(partial bald one)rush me into the spa chair. He rush through the pedicure and probably spent only 1 minute total scrubbing both feet. Then he completely forgot about my manicure. After telling him I’m also having manicure, he had me walk to another chair with my toe polish undry with no offer of assistance with my sandals. I had to walk barefoot with stuffs still stuck between my toes. And truly the place was empty so not sure what his hurry was. I have never been in a nail salon with such poor customer service. I came in wanting a deluxe pedicure thinking it would be longer than a regular one. With the deluxe they do hot towels and scrub your legs and put something on your feet with hot towels. The lady scrubbed my legs super hard and when she was done, my legs were really red and hurt. The implements are not sanitized before or after each service which is why people get fungus. They sprayed the pedi bowl with cold water to clean it which is very very unsanitary. You can not clean a pedi bowl like that, they need a hospital grade disinfectant to clean it right. The pedi was shorter than I thought, the foot and leg massage was not as good as I thought it would be but luckily their pedi chairs have their own massagers. I came here because of the good reviews but I will not be returning due to them being so unsanitary! It's gross and I'm hoping I don't get fungus..
