Have a necklace i bought that is special to me and i was sitting and the pendant just fell off, the bail failed on the necklace. I called and spoke to customer service they said they could help me no problem and to send it in. I mentioned I was told it had a lifetime warranty and she said it should be no problem. Mailed in the necklace and got a bill for $225 it’s approximately 2/3 the cost of the original necklace. After I spoke with Frankie she informed me that she won’t help me, and all repairs will be charged I told her this was not what was discussed and asked if I could discuss my problem with anyone else and I was informed she is the only one and she will not do anything to help me at all. She said she has to approve it and won’t do it, like it’s personal because we disagreed. I am upset because the story changed after she received my necklace. It cost me $17 to mail my necklace in that’s with insurance and she wants to charge $35 for that so the cost is extravagant just as one example when all I asked for was the bail that failed to be repaired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this jewelry company to anyone they do not stand by there products and I am upset because this is a special piece to me that was a bought as a momento to commemorate the birth of my daughter. I will not pretend that it doesn’t have normal wear and tear, I have worn it everyday for 9 years, I was not expecting anyone to fix that just the “bail” that failed. And not try and charge me so much that I could almost buy a new necklace. So 0/10 do...
