The owner is rude and talks down to you. I went exchange a shirt that my husband purchased the day before we got the wrong color needed to get a different color the shirt still had the tags on was never used, the owner tries to say it smell like smoke was real rude. we don't smoke we didn't even have the shirt a whole 24 hrs . he seemed to forget that people try that shirt on at his store but wanted to blame us. I don't speak Spanish but trust me I understand it just fine he made me feel like I didn't belong in there so if you aren't his kind of race, he will make that know. I went ahead and kept the shirt lol because how he embarrassed me on top of that I got another shirt I needed but that was last time I shop there and send him business; my husband and workers would only get their work boots there, also my husband clothing. there are other shops out there I prefer to go...

They were having a promotion if buy exotic boots you get $80 dollars off on store merchandise well first the cashier tried to say that armadillo boots are not exotic and they were not part of the promotion (like really?) then she agreed to honor the promotion so we decided to get another pair of boots for me ... well the cashier refused to take the $80 off. We asked why and she stated it was only for store merchandise so my husband asked her “and boots are not store merchandise?” She agreed it was merchandise but she said we need it to get something different so we left very disappointed with her attitude. Came in to support a small business and wanted to spend some money. Had a great experience at Dan’s Boots & Saddles so I was hoping to get the same here. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I wasn’t supposed to be in there. I was followed throughout the store and kept being asked if I needed something. I said no multiple times and they wouldn’t leave me alone. I genuinely felt like they thought I was going to try to steal. I could tell they were profiling me because I am Black, which is sad considering the state of the world today and what’s going on in the Mexican community.
