I have been going here since I was a kid, me and my mom love this place. I love the Chilli hot tasty but I do order everything with chili on side, this way why because I have children and on Tuesday this was not the case. My son 8yrs old but into a taco burger and burned his entire mouth for about two hours he drank milk that finally relaxed his burning mouth. I chatted with the owner who were very nice and understanding. They replaced my order but when I was there to pick up my order the manager was nice but the staff was rude unprofessional. The window cashier pink eye shadow got rude and told me I had to go around if I wanted to add a corn dog and drink that I did pay for. I told her why ? She said because we have paying customers waiting for their food. I responded to I'm paying for the corn dog and drink though, she got upset and closed the window. Manager with pink hair came to confirm the order that was being replaced. I asked her if I can pay for a corn dog and drink she said yes and had the girl ring it up. Pink eye shadow seemed bugged and collected my money and told me to pull to the front to receive my order. I did not listen and stayed at the window. 5 minutes later I have a whole restaurant audience all the staff looking at me and my family very awful and one of them older women lots of dark makeup said something out the window as I was driving off. I did not appreciate that service at all. There was enough workers to get the orders correct the first time. I did notice the restaurant is so dirty inside , no hats or hair nets , no gloves and no customer service. Owners seem like they really care about there business but the workers they have don't and it really shows. I will be having my taco Tuesdays at Bob's burgers from now on until the fix there hateful staff situation. Put your foot down you business is losing business. I noticed the line isn't so long anymore. Also the remake the patties tasted awful the second taco burger I had I bit into a larger tan gooey part and threw it in the trash. Iv had diarrhea since yesterday after I ate. Please fix the issues or I will be forced to call the health department. People spend a good amount of money have food and service like this. P.s. if I have food poisoning I'm going back to file a report...
Read moreI arrived at 8:20 PM and left at 9:30 PM. When I finally got to the window, the young lady at the window was very nice. I waited for about 10 more minutes before she came and asked me if I didn’t mind pulling around to the front. I was shocked because I had already been waiting. I ordered 4 taco burgers, 2 small cheeseburgers 1 large chili burger and three french fries. I seen bags sitting on the counter so I asked her why I had to move to the front. She told me that they forgot to make my order and the manager wanted me to pull to the front so they can hand out the other orders that were behind me. I refused to move because I was afraid they would forget about me completely being that they close at 9 PM and it was getting close to 9:30 PM. The manager seemed to be irritated at me after I did not move. I ordered all chili on the side because their chili is hot and they still messed up on the large chili burger. I asked the young lady at the window to make sure that the chili was on the side on the whole order and the very rude manager yelled from the back, “I just made it, there’s no chili on it.” I also need to mention that while I was waiting in line, the lady who I found out is the manager kept going outside to smoke leaving the other employees to take care of us. She was very mean to the other employees. She kept snapping at them. I read some other reviews while waiting and read the review about your wait time. You can check your cameras I was in a orange Chevy trailblazer with a white top. If I didn’t love my grandparents the way I do I would’ve left waaayyyyyy earlier. Today isn’t even taco burger Tuesday! I think the owner needs to get down there and help operate their business if it’s a staffing issue or close down early like dog house is having to do. How could you not help… your employees are stressed out...
Read moreWelcome to a realm of despair and disappointment, where every interaction leaves you questioning the very fabric of humanity. Prepare to be regaled with tales of woe from the depths of Ursula's kingdom, where bad attitudes reign supreme and customer service is but a distant memory.Let's start with the ringleader herself, Ursula the Round, with her hair reminiscent of a cotton candy nightmare gone wrong. Her presence alone is enough to send shivers down your spine, as she presides over her domain with all the grace of a charging rhinoceros. And oh, the service! Or should I say, lack thereof. It's as if the staff were handpicked for their talent in repelling customers with their sour attitudes and blatant disregard for common decency. You'd have better luck finding a smile in a graveyard than on the faces of these employees. But wait, it gets better (or worse, depending on your perspective). The bathrooms, oh dear reader, the bathrooms. Filth and grime abound, transforming what should be a place of relief into a chamber of horrors. It's enough to make you question the very notion of cleanliness. And let's not forget the drive-thru, a veritable parade of despair where the homeless roam free, like zombies in search of spare change. Their presence is as constant as it is unsettling, a stark reminder of the decay that pervades this establishment. And last but certainly not least, the ban-hammer strikes again! Step out of line once, and you're cast out into the abyss of disgruntled customers, never to return. It's a fate worse than death, all for the crime of expecting decent service in exchange for your hard-earned money. So heed my warning, dear reader, and steer clear of Ursula's kingdom if you value your sanity. For in this land of broken dreams and lame excuses, there is little hope...
