Walked in to check out the place (never been). We walked in, there were 2 employees behind the counter, not one acknowledged us. We were checking out the local meats and the jams and had questions about pricing. I asked the older gentleman if we could ask him a question, and told us to give him a few. Not once did he look up from his laptop to speak to us. The other lady got up, and walked to the back. Not sure how you want people to support local when they brush you off like this.. Looking at other negative reviews, I'm sure we'll get a nasty comeback, rather than any ownership of their issues. Edit:the older gentleman I was referring to was more of a way to describe the person, not to call him old. We were also the ONLY ones who were in the store and not once got acknowledged. Betting your money on this one won't do you any good. I love to support local, and will actually refuse to go to any big chains unless I absolutely have to. You can't be serious about purchasing local when you don't get help from the...
Read moreI absolutely love shopping at this local grocery store! It's my go-to place for all my grocery needs, especially when it comes to fresh, locally sourced produce. The variety of fresh vegetables is outstanding, and I can always count on finding the best eggs around.
What truly sets this store apart is the staff – they are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. The welcoming atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable.
Supporting local businesses is important to me, and I'm grateful to have such a fantastic grocery store in the community. If you're looking for top-quality local groceries and exceptional service, this is the...
Read moreThis is NOT your typical grocery store - if you want that, then go to the co-op. This place has rotating stock, such as vegetables and types of eggs, depending on the season. Great vegetable and mushroom selection, the meats they carry are of fantastic quality and are worth the extra price, and this is the only place I've seen carry duck, turkey, goose, guinea hen, and emu egg (again, don't go in here expecting to see all of these tomorrow - it's seasonal). They also sell locally made soaps, deodorant, and balms if that's what you're looking for. It's a great shop and shopping here means supporting New Mexico farmers...
