5.11 — Local services in Albuquerque

If you buy a pair of their pants and take the tags off they will not even allow you to exchange them. Always heard their pants are great and worth the money. Bought my normal size 34/32 but they only had one dressing room which was occupied for longer than I wanted to wait. Tried to put them on the next morning for work and they would barely go over my quads let alone button. Tried to exchange them on the following weekend and was flat out told no. The older hippy looking cashier was a condescending pos and was talking to me like I stole them. At their prices and they refuse any and all exchanges? They know they are taking advantage of people. Maybe their stuff is good but I'll stick with tested brands over this cosplay stuff. Even my second leather belt from them is falling apart after only...

Don't go to this place man. When I walked in they started quistioning why I was in they're. And what I was looking for.

I honestly had never seen the shop. And just wanted to check it out. But after getting quistioned because I don't look like one of they're buddys. Or someone who should be shopping in they're store I guess. So I decided screw this place I see the same stuff at better stores at better prices. These guys are on something else.

When I left I passed by the guy at the front desk and he didn't say anything till I left and then he said something behind my back as I was walking out.

Absolutely horrible service. I purchased 2 pairs of pants from them 30 days ago and this store refused to honor their exchange policy. Mike, the manager, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I have used 5.11 clothing since 2003 and right after Royal Robbin and I have never encountered a problem until now. This store in Albuquerque should have the good name of 5.11 revoked. Their service is inconsistent with the tenets of the company I have grown accustomed to. Pleae advise Mike of his unacceptable...
