Car Cleaning, Detailing, and Ceramic Coating. In NM it is very difficult to find an owner who cares and puts his heart and soul into his business. Stephen at Car Crazy Auto Detailing is such a person. I had called many companies throughout the City asking questions and interviewed the people who actually answered their phones, asking questions about ceramic coatings, whats the process, dry time, products used etc. Stephen was the only person who took my call and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Stephen invited me in for a tour of his shop, he explained the products being used and their benefits. That Saturday I took my 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV - V to Stephen for a full detail and ceramic coating, dropping off Saturday morning and picking up Monday morning. A minimum of 24 hrs in a controlled environment is required for ceramic coating to cure properly as explained by Stephen and backed by all my research on the web. I picked up my Escalade and was very pleased with the results. Absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Stephen for details and ceramic coatings. In fact my brother already has his appointment set up. A+ customer service and workmanship. I will definitely bring my baby back...

Made 2 appointments to get an estimate for a full detail inside/outside of my truck. Both time I show up 10 minutes before my appointment and tried the door. They failed to let me in. I was very disappointed in that. Only chose this spot because it was an indoor facility closer to home than a few others.

Will not be making another appointment, first impressions are everything to me and this is not who I would like to be doing any business with. I would rather drive a little distance to a place that will have their doors more open for business than this company has shown me.

I can’t say enough great things about this business! The results were absolutely stunning—like glass! If you’re looking for top-notch auto detailing, this is the place. Stephen, the owner, is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly passionate about his work. I brought my car in to have some imperfections buffed out, and I was blown away by the level of care and attention to detail he put into it. My car looks better than it ever has!
