MY WIFE AND I WERE SEARCHING FOR SOME SHOES FOR BOTH OF US, WE WERE IN NEED OF GETTING SHOES THAT WERE ON THE UPPER SHELF AND HAD TO ASK 3 TIMES FOR HELP, FINALLY GOT THE HELP. WE FOUND THE SHOES MY WIFE WANTED, SO WE MOVED TO THE CLEARANCE ISLE TO SEE IF I COULD FIND SHOES FOR MYSELF AND I DID, SO I STARTED TO TRY THEM ON TO SEE IF I LIKED THEM AND DURING PROCESS, WE HAD THIS SO CALL SECURITY GUARD STANDING THERE WATCHING US LIKE A HAWK AND I HAD 5 PAIRS THAT I WAS TRYING ON AND SHE DIDN'T LEAVE, THAT'S UNTIL MY WIFE TOLD HER "IF THERE WAS SOMETHING SHE NEEDED FROM US, AND IF NOT TO PLEASE LEAVE US ALONE." NOT 1 MINUTE LATER SHE WAS BACK, IT SEEMED LIKE SHE WANTED TO GET US IRRITATED SO WE COULD CAUSE PROBLEMS SO SHE COULD CALL IN FOR BACKUP, BUT ONCE MY WIFE STOOD UP, WALKED TOWARDS HER AND TOLD HER TO LEAVE US ALONE, SHE WAS GOING TO KICK HER DAMN ASS!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, IT WORKED. TOOK MY 5 PAIRS OF SHOES PLUS THE ONE'S MY WIFE ALREADY HAD UP AT THE COUNTER AND THE LADY STARTED TO RING US UP BUT RAN INTO A PROBLEM SO SHE WAS WAITING FOR HER MANAGER TO FIX THE ISSUE, AND ASKED IF WE COULD WAIT FOR HER AND WE SAID YES BECAUSE SHE WAS HELPING A CUSTOMER, TURNS OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER SHE WAS HELPING WAS HER HUSBAND AND HER CHILD!!!! THE MANAGER FINALLY CAME TO HELP WITH THE ISSUE AND HAD A HARD TIME AS WELL BUT WAS ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE, BUT BLAMED IT ON THE OUTDATED COMPUTERS, BUT I THINK THEIR TRAINING...

We went to make a payment at Xfinity/ Comcast. The manager was inefficient, allowing others to go ahead of people that were there before others. When he wasn't interacting with customers, he was on his cell phone or looking at the t.v. This isn't the first time we and others have complained about this place. We've had other negative experiences here before. By the way, there have been a couple of agents who have been very helpful, but overall the experiencea there have left us shaken.This why we usually choose to mail our payment. Since we hadn't been here in a long time, and because we wanted to inquire about new services and equipment, we decided to give this place another try. Yikes! I use the Walmart Pharmacy there and they are absolutely wonderful. As for the rest of the Walmart whenever I have gone to customer service the people were slow to come to help me and two of the three that came to help me were quite rude. The other lady was very nice. Since it is a neighborhood Walmart they mostly only carry food but seem to have a problem stocking what customers request, even when several do. The good things are that it has a drive-thru for the pharmacy that I have never had a long wait. They are close to home and easier in and out than the one on Carlisle so I use this one most...
