I won’t be back. Today was my third time here with my autistic client, who is not in any way challenging to deal with. She may take a minute longer than others to make a decision, or they may have had to ask her to scoot in a bit closer but that is it.
I’ve noticed they do not want our business by their attitudes when we have walked in the past two times. They do not greet us in a friendly manner, it’s more one of being annoyed we have come again. They continue to ask me questions my client has proven more than capable able to answer on her own. I find it rude and belittling to her. I asked for a receipt for the service my client received and was met with more frustration from the staff. I was told they don’t do receipts for cash. I explained that I need a track record of how my clients money is being spent, as I am the one responsible for it, and would never want my agency to think I am stealing from her. They proceeded to write on a regular piece of paper the costs, something I could have done on my own had I wanted to.
Place is always empty when we come which is great for my clients anxiety but now I’m starting to accept why it is empty.

Read moreFirst time customer. Called before I made it appointment. Talked to Kevin. Let him know what i was looking for. I asked for an experience nail tech not someone who was newly out of school. Kevin assured me everyone he has there is great and very experienced. I arrived to my appointment and received exactly what I asked not to have. The nail tech was very friendly and sweet. However not experienced and unfortunately my pedicure showed. She actually ended up cutting me with the clippers. It hurt and bleed for most of my pedicure. She did apologize and I am aware accident do happen. However I do think if my feet were in the tub for longer then two mins and my cuticles we pushed back I may have not gotten cut. She finished the pedicure and moved me to the chair for a natural nail manicure. I had been growing my natural nails out so she could paint them with gel polish. Now her skills on the hands were very good. My nails looked very nice afterwards. She even asked to take a picture. I unfortunately did not have a great experience...
Read moreThe woman that did my “massage” may as well of just skipped that part to save me some time as it was just her hands touching my feet. I paid extra for the stone massage. Also no massaging done there, only holding rocks on my feet. Also not the most sanitary. She took a spoon out of the scrub and touch the spoon to my skin. Put the same spoon back into the communal scrub and repeated the same thing on my other leg. She did a good job with callous removal however wiped my dead skin on the towel and then placed my clean feet onto the dirty wet skin covered towel. The owner finished the session by painting my nails and he was great and gave a great massage. If I come back I will only request the owner,Kevin, as the lady I had made me want...
