The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not give their full attention on you as the customer, they try to talk and help every one at once and confuse them self's on what they where doing. The owner only keeps track of orders in a journal note book only and often gets confused and make major errors when documenting. (Dates - sizes - Payment ) They did this to me on the 15 dress orders I had ordered and quoted us a price lower, when asked if correct she stated yes. Thank goodness I had taken a picture of the dress we ordered and the tag which had the price. They had to reorder the correct dress and then still charge $18.00 more as she states the price was listed incorrectly. Never would I get a call the orders was in, when following up on orders there was always excuses, and then the owner happen to be out of town when I would request to talk to her every time after that. The bears we ordered was not done correctly, had tons of hot glue gun and was a giant mess. Never was there an apology for the rude behavior and talking about us and other customers amongst each other. Please BE CAUTIOUS I would NOT...

I had to give a 1 star just to give a review but I would not have given a star at all . We walked into this store to find dresses for a wedding the girl that works there was nice but they don’t let you look it’s like they think we’re going to steal their dresses but I did like that she spoke perfect English. That was a plus . But when my sister wanted to try on a dress that she liked the Mexican lady there said they have nothing for her there which was so dam rude why because she was short or fat hmm we are giving them business trying to buy a dress but I guess our business was not good enough. Telling someone you don’t have anything for them there but for the rest of us they did was insulting to my family. This is America your lucky to have a shop here I would not recommend this place to anyone and we have 5 weddings coming up so we will shop else where and huge mistake on the Mexican lady because my sister got her dress that and looks...

I just had my daughter's Quince. And i honestly had the worst experience . First of all the hours of her service she has posted on the store is a total lie!!!! She opens and closes her store at different times all the time. I get it thats part of being a store owner but what sucks is she gives False advertising!!! I had her Iron My daughter's dress which was an extra charge of $50 and all the bottom layers of her dress were super wrinkled. She doesn't give you the price until you go and have to pick up your stuff. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone!! She acts like the most polite person when tou first meet her. And after she has your business she is never there. The people she has working there don't know anything. You ask them something and they say." Um i don't know you'll have to ask the Owner when shes here. When is she there??? Never!!! If I have to rate this business I give it a negative 10 !!!!!!!!! Very bad...
