Their employee wouldn't tell me her name or even the company she works for (her supervisor told me), but the woman who answered my call to Webb PH&E on Feb 7 after 7pm probably should not be working in customer service. She kept repeating the same question, "would you like me to page a technician for $350/hr or leave a message with the company?" as if she's a robot. When I clarified I was not requesting new service, but rather calling because the electrician who was half way through a project at my home had done something wrong and my well pump wouldn't work, so we had no water and lights were dimming all over the house which indicated a fire hazard, she responded the same. That was odd, so I thought I called the wrong company and I tried to clarify who she worked for and I got "Webb PH&E" + the same question. It was surreal. No matter what I said or asked, it was the same bizarre question. I was told by the Answer Quick supervisor, who was both professional and empathetic, that Webb does not send electricians after hours (only hvac techs), however while I was leaving a message with her for Webb, their electrician finally responded to my earlier texts and offered to come back ASAP. I don't know if Answer Quick has wrong info. I plan to find out from Webb and leave them the appropriate review as well. They simply can't leave people without water and with the potential for electrical shock or fire or damage to appliance motors. You DEFINITELY can't speak to people like they're not humans with valid concerns and expect not to reflect badly on...

These guys are amazing and do amazing work. If you do not use them for your answering service, you have made the biggest mistake of your personal business career, that you've ever made. Period! I cannot tell you how much they play with & scare other Employees, as well as all-in-fun nude swimwear ( which I guess I could go to work out and see how many people I can freak out); from the nearby lake clients & children especially, just be wary and cautious and focus on having a good time only. And yeah, you should be okay. It is okay, by the way, to tell a spirit to leave you alone. Stay out of viewing you or whoever else's base. And it is a good idea.
