Worst Hotel Ever 🤢 And this doesn't even capture the room shaking sounds of 757s flying over, loud suspicious neighbors, or "housekeeping carts" all through the night 🤨 Unfortunately with the big match up of Texas A&M in town (#GoVols), there were no other hotels available for under $300 a night and I wasn't missing my brother's and niece's birthday parties! Luckily we checked the reviews and brought a full basket of cleaning supplies and our own bedding to quickly throw in a garbage bag and take to the local laundromat this morning! Checked into this hotel hoping for a 'hole'-some experience during a snow storm that shut down the airport, and boy, did it deliver! The walls had more holes than Swiss cheese, providing excellent ventilation—perfect for sharing space with the rat family that seemed to have adopted the place. The bedding? Well, let's just say it added an extra crunch factor with surprise toppings of rat poop. The water damage on the furniture added a touch of aquatic ambiance, turning my stay into an unintentional spa experience where the curtains doubled as modern art, showcasing a vibrant palette of green mold. For a dazzling touch, the lighting is one simple LED light bar, gracefully adhered to the wall by the finest tape technology money can buy. Feeling fancy? Just don't touch anything, unless you're into avant-tape art exhibitions. Moldy curtains, tape chic – this place is a masterpiece for those who appreciate unconventional design... or have a strong immune system. Missing cabinet hardware on almost all furniture, grossness on the walls, floors, outlet covers, everywhere. Five stars for creativity in filth – would recommend to my mortal enemies!

This is the first place in my life in which I had to walk out rather than try to stay. We booked another hotel and ate the cost of this place. From the cigarette butt in the non-smoking room, the holes in the wrinkled, dirty sheets, to the soap stuck to the bathtub in the disintegrating bathroom - there was no way we were going to be able to make do. There were unknown stains on the walls and lampshade, too. There's, "You get what you pay for..." and then a few levels below that you'll find this place. My advice: Stay elsewhere. My God ! Please stay clear of this scary and nasty bug ridden pig sty !! First off the other reviews are right except the two that give good ones , this place is more gross than one can imagine and the housekeeping is real rude ..There is mold , blood stained sheets , no trash cans in rooms , no lamps but there is light , they are very bright like hospital lights and once you turn the main one on , the room is even more ugly and gross , no carpets on the floor ,so the beds constantly slide away from the wall ,leaving your pillows on the floor..Weekly , you can beg until your blue for cleaning but I guess 215 a week isn't enough for them to fund good housekeeping or bleach to clean with ..The toilet shakes and your appliances may or may not work , but one thing is for sure , your TV is from the 80 s 90 s and dirty remotes , NO CABLE IN THE MORNINGS FOR SOME REASON AND ONCE IT DOES COME ON , IT ONLY COMES THROUGH SNOWY AND VERY FEW CHANNELS ..And , please don't expect phones in the room and with that no way , no breakfast or coffee makers in rooms either!! THE PICS LIE , UNLESS YOU SEE THE REVIEWS LEAVE PICS ALL OTHERS ON THE MAIN MOTEL PAGE ARE FAKE !! And we stayed in M STAR TOO , ITS RIGHT IN THE FRONT OF ROYAL EXTEND , ITS NOT MUCH BETTER , MOLD , NO CABLE CHANNELS AT ALL IN THE MORNING AND SNOWY ONCE ON , MOLDY BATHROOMS , VERY UNSAFE , TGE POOL IS GROSS AND THE DESK WORKERS ARE VERY VERY RUDE A HOLES ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG GUY AND WOMAN THEY HIRED TO HELP..THE HOUSEKEEPING AT M STAR ARE VERY NICE BUT , NEITHER MOTEL BELIVES IN USING REAL CLEANING SUPPLIES !! Ok , now at 250 at M STAR a week and 215 a week at the one in back , your better off staying in a tent or at a rest area in your car ..Please , HEALTH INSPECTORS , LOOK INTO...

Booked through hotels.com, went to check in, was denied service, yet still charged. Called hotels.com (Thinking no biggie', just a mistake) They called Royal Extended Stay, The person who answered their call denied that we had ever even being there!! I had been staying with them almost a month! My friend Josh (Who the room was for) was staying at the front hotel (yes two hotels, one parking lot) was paying too much (for not booking on-line) so I booked for him. Went with him to check in (booked with lap-top from my room there) watched them deny his room (already booked N paid) then proceed to charge me (3 times) $97.65 on 06/21/2011 -$97.50 on 06/24/2011-$33.00 on 06/27/2011!!!! || On top of all that, Terrible business ethics, run down buildings, I think they have a brothel on the weekends (seriously!!) They rent out a room to the right of the front office to something of the sort, one of the people that finally answered in the office was TERRIBLY RUDE (I couldn't believe the profanity they used to a customer, my friend),|| plus, if you need drugs just hang out in the parking lot after dark, some of the people who rent weekly (live there permanent) will take care of those needs.....|| TERRIBLE!!!!! HORRIFYING!!!!!!||I wish I didn't have to type this.... I love to give praise, or leave it be. However, with what I have experienced here I feel it is my duty to try & prevent someone else from having a similar horrifying experience. Lesson, cheapest ISN"T always best...|| Sincerely,|| Michael...
