Hands-Down, the best Hallmark Store I have ever been in !!! The Manager - her name is Linda - will go out of her way for you, always does for me ! She is completely knowledgeable about all- things "Hallmark", and her Team is also very knowledgeable. She is also a Collector, as are so many of us who stop by especially for the Keepsake Ornaments...the conversations we have had !! She is a treasure, a pleasure, a most friendly and helpful person. Say HI to her when you go...you'll become friends right away! The Store itself is a phenomenon...beautifully kept, perfectly clean and well organized...many, many other lines of merchandise are well-stocked here...I always need a couple of hours to actually see everything, and I love that ! There was this nice young man who was an employee at Norman Hallmark store in Aldan, his name is Anthony. This young person hadn't known that I had just lost my mother over the Christmas holiday this past winter. My family and friends had just had a "Celebration of Life" for her on March 12th to honor her on her birthday. As I was looking for some thank you cards, I had gotten quite emotional after looking at all the Mother's Day gifts and keepsakes. He saw me in distress. He asked me if I needed a hug. Great experience here! The employees here were nice and polite. They lady who cashed me out signed me up for the loyalty rewards and was very informative about the program. This location is well stocked with just about everything you would need to send a proper gift to a loved one. Toys, books and games for the kiddos. While they also have mugs, wine glasses and gifts for ladies. They even have chocolate 😋 this is now my go...
