North Houston Studio is hands down the location of choice for our upcoming party! We did a virtual tour online and I must admit the venue is absolutely stunning, very spacious and accommodating for our party needs. We loved the different rooms layout; the décor is very modern and there’s plenty of parking. We were really relying on staff to help us because we live in another city hundreds of miles away. Venue was nice but the entire team is very unprofessional. They double booked us for their other location then called us 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding to tell us we either had to find another venue or go to their other location. We had to get new invites made, wedding program which left our guest confused the day of and we lost money with the invitations and programs we originally had made. And they offered us a free hour and some lights for them inconveniencing us. I’d never book...

We were informed that we were overbooked at studio 19 two weeks before our event after paying our deposit and all monies required for the spot. We were told that we would receive an additional hour for our inconvenience but was told we wouldn’t receive our deposit back for minor things that were out of our control.
