Only been twice and both times was dissatisfied. First time the woman who was doing my nails was shady talking about me to her friend across the room (another worker not customer) I ignored it and the nails were UGLY I asked for ombré which I got but they were very thick and the middle finger was bigger than all of them and after all of That left a tip. Today I went again the woman was friendly but she wanted my nails long so bad she wouldn’t cut them short no matter how many times I kept saying SHORT not too long. She wanted more money. Then she asked me if she could make one nail w a design on it I got FOUR nails like that and when I caught what she was doing I told her do the rest plain I really didn’t have time to change it I had somewhere to be. It came out to 110 she charged me 113 I had my back turnt sideways enough to where she THOUGHT I couldn’t see what number she was typing in but I seen her and didn’t stop her cause little does she know I was going to bless her ANYWAY and way more than the $3 she took from me. Overall will not go back God bless their business nothing negative here...

Two people arrived right before I did with 2 kids that were running all over the place, trying to touch everything in the salon. The nail techs were very patient up until one of the children fell twice causing her face to start bleeding. The two adults were treating these children horribly and when the nail tech (very politely) finally asked to make sure there children stop running around so NO ONE GETS HURT (which the little girl was already hurt) they both stood up very upset and stormed out cussing out the nail techs along the way. I would just like to say this place is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to and the people here are very kind, sociable and professional. They really know what they are doing. The bad review that person left is not a reflection of this business...

I waited 25 minutes, I watched 1 employee peek over a half wall 3 times and another employee peek around a corner twice. Then the one that was peeking around the corner finally came out after another lady walked in at 25 after 1:00 and said she had a 1 o'clock appointment I'll have to take her first, I'm like really are you kidding me you could have had my fill done or close to it within that 25 minutes. I just got up and walked out and no one even cared enough to follow me and try to get me to stay. I sat there quietly and basically unnoticed for 25 minutes. I've never in my life been so disrespected or treated so rudely ever. All I wanted was a fill, I guess that was too much to ask. That was my first and last visit to this...
