I drove 870 miles all the time thinking about ÙƒÙ†Ű§ÙŰ© after I knew about Almasri I love this place I used to live in Dearborn long time ago I moved out for a job but I visit often last time I spent over $261 at this place bought ÙƒÙ†Ű§ÙŰ© in tray and cake .... and it was the best money I ever spent ,but this time i was very dispointed I stop first to wash my hand and wish I never it took some of my appetite but I was hungry for ÙƒÙ†Ű§ÙŰ© seriously , small square plate what happened to the long white plate , in time I was hand out my tray and he got to the door to smoke I was done 3 bite that all . Cheese where is the cheese and the edge was dry like plastic I told him you should have serve me the middle cut cause the one I got was dry he didn't care i wonder why the place was empty 2 guys and a girl doing nothing I was the only customer I understand that every year the price go up but the quality of food should stay the same or better but this time it was bad so bad that my ÙƒÙ†Ű§ÙŰ© not worth a penny and the other thing I bought i don't know what it call but was disgusting I only spent this time $18 I cant belive how bad the good got i wish he didn't moved to this location he should stay at the old one down street but when it first open was beautiful nice big place food was fantastic tasty I can't believe there is no Almasri for me its over very ugly divorce I used to love this place never miss a day when I was living there . I ordered a birthday cake for my mom with specifications taken accurately from Mayson. I asked for the entire cake top to be filled with fruit. Upon pick up, it had only a few scattered strawberries. They attempted to fix this by adding more strawberries although Mayson and I understood that I wanted assorted fruit. She took it back and he added a few blackberries. I asked to speak to the cake maker and was told her was too busy and very irate with the cake and will not attempt any changes. I then asked for the strawberry stems to be removed as half the cake had scattered stems and the original ones were neatly cut up and and glazed. They declined. When I asked to speak to a manager they said one isn’t available. A phone number or message was not offered. I was told the owner is too busy right now to speak with me and usually does not speak to customers. I’m a bit appalled at the situation. I felt extremely disrespected as a customer and the cake too essentially looks like someone threw strawberries on top of it because they were mad. I find it unique and substandard to not allow a customer to voice their concerns and be heard. Mayson’s name tag said May: supervisor and she was the one directing my purchase. She was hostile towards me because she said in Arabic that she was yelled at already at the cake requests and that it is a take it or leave it cake situation. She stormed off with the cake before our conversation ended. Long story short is that there isn’t a contact for customer concerns. They certainly should consider adding one and they should consider coaching staff in the management of hospitality with customers. This is especially the truth with employee...

Customer service here this year for Ramadan is disgusting. I’m always a returning customer every year for Ramadan I live an hour away from this place. 2 girls here had no manors at all and the way they were rude to others was disgusting. I’ve never had experience like this during Ramadan here til this year. I get it we’re all fasting but that’s no excuse to treat customers. The owner son tried lying saying it was her first day working here don’t mind her she’s new and she was speaking over him saying “no it’s not I’m not new here” like if your own workers disrespect you in front of your customers I just can’t imagine how they treat others. Sad UPDATE: So I was very please to see the store replied to my review acknowledging what in fact happened that day. Since the reply did tell me come back in they’ll “ensure my time is respected” I did go back the next day after the reply. I seen the owner son at check out, I wanted to thank him for the reply and let him know I was going to delete my review but Once I got to the counter for check out I was serviced by other girls who started talking to each other saying that’s the one who left a bad review. Then as I walked away she said don’t forget to put a good review. No honey that’s not how it works. I almost did delete my review because for a second I thought wow he put his workers together and taught them a little about customer service but nope same ole service. This isn’t high school ladies all you have to do is keep your mouth shut and keep your comment to yourself and keep a smile on your face. Maybe I should come back for a 3rd time and get everyone names to insure no one gets service by these girls...

I have been an online client for many years! I ordered hundreds of boxes. Last year my order was not as usual, some boxes were sticky and damaged. I figured an accident, it can happen. This year, I ordered 50 trays of baklawa to give to my clients at my holiday party. 2 of the 3 boxes were smashed, syrup all over. I ended up wiping down those that I could save, and bought 30 other gifts (not from masri sweets) to give away to my clients. The next day, I sent pictures and complained, the owner reached out, he offered me a 10% refund and a large tray as a gift. Plus he said he would send some empty boxes if any of the trays were saved. I accepted and figured they definitely will learn from this experience. I received the empty boxes within 2 days. A week went by, no refund issued, no gift tray. I emailed to ask what happened, no response! What horrible customer service, to lose a customer of many years for $100, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. I’m officially done with Masri sweets, luckily there are other bakeries who will gladly welcome my business. See photos attached of my $800 shipment, they shouldn’t cram 20 boxes together to save on shipping, then blame the UPS!

If you’re craving a dessert that hits all the right notes—crispy, creamy, cheesy, and sweet—look no further. I finally discovered the place that serves the best kunafa in town, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer. From the moment I walked in, the warm aroma of ghee and rosewater pulled me in like a magnet. The kunafa came out hot, golden, and perfectly crisp on the outside, with a gooey, stretchy layer of cheese beneath that melted in your mouth. Every bite was a balance of textures: the buttery crunch of shredded phyllo, the softness of the cheese, and just the right touch of sweetness from the syrup—none of that overly sugary stuff. What truly sets this kunafa apart is the freshness. You can tell it’s made to order, using high-quality ingredients and a traditional technique that honors its Middle Eastern roots. The portion size was generous, and it was served with a side of crushed pistachios and a light drizzle of syrup on top—perfection. Whether you’re a kunafa connoisseur or trying it for the first time, this spot is a must-visit. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll keep coming back. It’s not just dessert
