I did a Glo signature with Jaymie a while back and it was my first time doing Microneedling so I was nervous. She made me so comfortable and it was honestly the best experience especially with the Hydrafacial afterwards. It was not painful at all and I left feeling great. I then got a gift card from a friend and booked with Brynn. I was not nervous and was really excited because of my first experience. She started with the Hydrafacial which I thought was strange since the other time it was opposite but I just went with it because I trusted what she was doing. She then started Microneedling and it felt as if she was carving my face the whole time. She was talking about how I’m her last client and was had to get her kids after so it felt sort of rushed. She then asked if I wanted a chemical peel. I said I had never had one before and you explain it and she did and started making the solution before I said yes and then told me it will be painful but she will help me breathe through it. I have never experienced something so painful in my life and I could not breathe through it because it was so bad. I got to my car and was crying because I was still in so much pain and was for 3 days after. I waited to share this because my first experience was so well that I thought it was just how some do things but felt I should let others know. Update: The owner Jaimie reached out and was kind enough to invite me back for a redo which I enjoyed. I also purchased their honey cleanser and it’s lovely! I ended up purchasing their microneedling package (the signature).

The owner has been lovely to work with and is super understanding and even though it’s far for me I really enjoy the dedication to the business and I enjoy supporting local businesses and small business owners, and especially woman owned businesses.

OG Review: The ambiance is great, it was my first facial anything ever and my esthetician did not walk me through the micro needling and peel package much at all. She knew it was my first time and I had to keep asking questions during the process and afterwards rather than being guided through it. I didn’t know what was on my face when. The upper body massage was great, but I wasn’t given ANY after care instructions and had to resort to good ole YouTube. I was planning to get a micro needling package afterwards (which is priced fairly well!) but with the lack of communication, I was left a sour taste...
