I've been working with this company for over 10 years. They've never let me down. In fact, they ALWAYS have exceeded my expectations. They are more than technicians. They are clearly artists. I had some faded pictures from our lake house from when I was a child. The pictures meant so much to me, but time was beginning to erase the images. Goodness - I absolutely love this service!! I love to edit and curate my style, and I am capable of doing the things Retouchup can do, BUT...I don’t like retouching or headswapping, and it takes me much longer to do, so this service is WELL worth it! I send over headswaps on occasion, and they are so so so good with it! I have never had a problem with them, and they are so quick to finish! In addition, they have taken such good care of me and made sure to get it right even if it means several “re-do’s” (change orders as requested by my client).

Retouch-Up has been a life saver! I have used them several times and I’m always blown away with their work. Whether it’s something small or big, they get it right and deliver a great image with what I needed to be done. Retouch-up has an easy process for uploading images & describing what you need to be accomplished. You can give feedback afterwards if they didn’t get it right, but they’ve always gotten it right the first time. I will continue to use them and will always recommend them to peers in my profession.
