they just relocated into the plaza next to Toojay’s near the publix and advent health. I was excited to see that they updated that they are open at the new location, and when I went inside, I was greeted offered help and was offered great customer service the entire time I was there. There was a man who was questioning and talking down on one of the employees, about sales and signage. to my understanding, it was the owner and then asked if he was the owner. he confirmed he was and i let him know that the way he was talking to his employees was discouraging me for spending longer time in that store because of the hostile environment he was creating and kind of discouraged me from coming back in the future. he chuckled and then continued to discourage and talk down on his employees creating blame for things such as boxes, funds, sales, and other supplies. It’s disappointing because I got great customer service and even when returning minutes later to get store credit because I had to return an item I no longer needed, I was offered store credit and a price match by one of their managers. but it’s sad to see how their owner treats their employees, especially in front of customers with no...

Potential patrons, please do some research before you buy here. They are way overpriced. Especially on their retro games. The employee says they are "competitve" Even though they charge $20 for a game that sells for $10 elsewhere. They don't know much about the items they are selling either. If you want to save money (and get more for your hard earned money) then steer clear of Hudson's.

I am not basing my price off the internet. I base the price off other retro gaming stores. You sell consoles upwards of 3 times what other stores ask. My girl and I were in there the other day and saw the price of a Genesis and Wii and about busted our guts laughing. I just bought her a Genesis the day before from another store for 1/3 of what you are selling them for. And they had a few to choose from. We also went to another game store and theirs was priced good just like the one we bought her Genesis from.

I pop in your locations from time to time to see if you came to grips with reality, but so far you haven't. If ever you do, then I will probably start...

Janay was unhelpful and rude by hanging up when we called. I went to this store to purchase 1 of several handheld consoles listed online. They had none and have had none "for awhile". I thought it was a mistake and thanked them and left. When continuing my search for the psp handheld I came across numerous posts online for these units. I thought maybe I was mistaken when I was at the store and called. When I spoke with Janay, she was condescending, dismissive and not helpful. She said they "do not have time to delete their ads once they sell so they add a bunch or hundreds a day" I said, why would you keep adding more if you already have some up. She hung up. At no time, was I rude or angry, I am not familiar with video games so I was trying to understand why they would need to place different ads for each one they have. Now she will not answer the phone.
