Lin Garden — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was new to the area & googled Chinese food that delivers. Looked on line for menu called & provided order. Was told 30-40 min till delivery. Waited over an hour for my food. When I got the shrimp & broccoli combo it was less than stellar. I asked for fried rice got crunchy yellow rice with odd meat in it. The grand total of shrimp in that dish was 2 with a ton of broccoli. The egg roll was delightful. The second order combo also came with the under cooked rice. The chicken was ok & that egg roll was also delightful. The 2 liter was the only thing that came as expected. I wouldn't Reccomend this place. I called to complain about the dinner combos & offered to pay for the items I ate individually priced as seen on menu 2 egg rolls (originally included in dinner combo) the 2 liter & 1 pt of chicken (originally included in combo) being that is what was eaten. I was told they'd drive back to pick up the food. When they got here they accused me of eating the food & would only give me a $7 credit (not even1 meal). The lady went as far as yelling at me when I disagreed. It was the worst customer service I ever experienced. I honestly would've accepted an apology & a replacement order, a credit towards my next purchase, even a 50% refund. I thought I was being fair with my offer to pay the individual prices for the...

I have ordered from them 3 times as I just moved to this area. All 3 times my order had something wrong. The first time they gave a baby portion of rice and left half my container of rice and chicken wings empty. The 2nd time they gave no side sauce that I requested and paid for. And this time they delivered my food with the container half open so all my rice was on the bottom of bag. I called to ask if they wanted a picture to see how nasty my food looked. They refused. They said I have to wait 2 hours for them to come back bc they wanted their food BEFORE THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. I called an hour after asking if it would help if I brought it to them and was told that I did that to the food and they won’t replace it. The lady was yelling at me like a child and saying NO FREE FOOD. I paid for my food all I wanted was a meal worthy of what I paid. One that is actually in the container. Horrible people. Horrible place....

This is mostly a take out restaurant with a few tables inside, but the food is very good. I had gotten the Bourbon chicken and was enough to feed two people and it comes with your basic rice. The chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the rice. This place has one of the best French fries hands down. They are just perfect fries, and we did get wings as well, and they are really good and better than most places. If you are looking to get Chinese food, but someone in your group just doesn't want anything to do with it, this has some good wings and fries that will surly satisfy any ones tastes. Their chicken noodle soup could use a bit more flavor, but it is still pretty good.
