Wow — the employee working on 7/23 at 1:08 PM was shockingly rude and clearly should not be dealing with customers.
I was picking up a double DoorDash order. When I arrived, one young lady in the back (making pies) acknowledged me and said she’d be right with me. I thanked her and sat down to wait.
There was only one other employee in the store — a woman sweeping. She walked past me multiple times, even singing lyrics toward me, but never greeted me or asked who I was picking up for. I figured they were busy and kept waiting patiently.
After nearly 15 minutes, I politely said “Excuse me” to get her attention. Before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off with an attitude and said, “It’s not ready yet. I’ve got your orders for Katie and [another name I don’t recall].”
I told her those weren’t the names on my order and showed her the correct ones. She said, “Oh, those were already picked up.” That’s exactly why I had tried to get her attention — this kind of mistake has happened before at this store.
Instead of acknowledging that or simply hearing me out, she got incredibly defensive. I tried to suggest that it might be helpful in the future to ask the Dasher for the order name sooner, to avoid delays or mix-ups.
But she immediately snapped, saying, “You don’t get to tell me what to do,” and accused me of yelling — which I wasn’t. I never raised my voice, never cursed. I was simply trying to communicate calmly. She then told me to leave and called the police, claiming I was causing a problem.
When the officers arrived, they quickly saw that I wasn’t being aggressive or hostile. They didn’t even ask my name — clearly realizing it wasn’t necessary. If I had been acting the way she described, I doubt the situation would’ve been resolved so easily.
She also threatened to get me kicked off DoorDash and refused to give me her name. When I asked the other employee if she was the manager, she replied sarcastically, “No, I’m yo mama.” Completely unprofessional.
Honestly, the whole experience was chaotic, rude, and completely unnecessary. All I wanted was to suggest a simple improvement in the process. I truly hope I get banned from delivering to that location — it would save me the headache. Ironically, I got another order request from there just five minutes later… I declined.

I ordered a large hand-tossed super supreme on the Pizza Hut website and after I picked it up I noticed it was a large sausage and onion pizza instead. I should have opened the box at the store, but as I said, I've never had a problem before. There was no way to contact the store. Their phone number took me to a never ending recording without any way to actually talk to someone at the store. I went to the main Pizza Hut website (corporate, I guess) and sent them a message detailing what had happened and they responded on Saturday, April 19 apologizing and promising they would forward my message to the local store and to expect some kind of response within 3 days. Okay, so now it's a week later (Saturday, April 26) and I have not heard ANYTHING from the Pizza Hut store. Mistakes happen, I get it, but at least own up to them!
EDIT (May 5, 2025): It's been 6 days now since the "owner" responded and directed me to a webpage called (get this!) "phcares" and as I expected, there has been ABSOLUTELY NO WORD FROM PIZZA HUT. The webpage asked me to enter all the information about my order and I did. Then it wanted me to upload an image, but of course it didn't tell me what it was even looking for so I just uploaded a picture of the receipt. Hit submit and nothing. 6 days and not a word, not an email. Nothing at all. Like it never even happened. Don't be fooled by the responses from the "owner" here on this google map reviews. It is clear to me now that Pizza Hut, or at least this horrible location, has no concern for customer satisfaction and when they get things wrong they just want the customer to go away. Correct me if i'm wrong but I'm sure chicken is the main ingredient it says so in the name.... we called back and got a credit. decided to give a second chance a few days later. well the guy who took the order had a hard time finding the credit... go figure we suggested he call the manager since he authorized it. i do not know if he actually called but he came back and advised it was OK to proceed. ordered two pizza and a few other things and advised would pay the difference. upon arriving the first thing i ordered the pizza was not even included in my order...??? HOW!!! the first thing i said was two pizzas one sausage one pepperoni! here is the best part the guy who took my order asked " do you know who took your order???" LOL .....so his co-worker come from the back and asked whats wrong and i said well i ordered two pizzas with my credit and you guys seem to have missed the pizza and she asked him...well what did you do when you took the order? HA! now he looks guilty and doesn't even apologize just looks as if its my fault. So I stated why ask what kid of pizza if u you had no intentions on actually putting my order in? all in all i will never order from here again the fries were the only thing good the pizza was over cooked and they managed to screw up three orders in two...
