Andy’s Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Altoona

If you navigate your way through the narrow streets and one ways in this town to come upon this bar, go ahead and have a bite. The service was great and the young woman cooking was very pleasant. The menu has several choices and I just couldn’t decide. Onion rings, pretzels, loaded fries and cheese balls sat in front of us and there were no leftovers. The food wasn’t loaded with grease and you could taste all of the flavors. Not the best pretzels for a city that has the smell of the fresh baked goodies permeating the air upon entry.
