9/14/2022 @ 2pm I visited the new store. On 9/20/22 @ 6:45pm a 2nd time in 1 week to go back and buy a long sleeved fuschia womens blouse 👚. There were 6 available 1st time at $119 on the sale wall but at the orig price $119. I assumed the purses on the top shelf were the sale item. When I approached the manager (young gal with short blonde haircut) she said we probably shipped those out. I tried to explain the saddle design saddle and belts on it. She goes back to the stock room and comes out with a fuschia purse!! Omg, I said its fall and why would u donate those when they were not marked down to begin with? She said, well that was OUR FAULT, I said there are NO CUSTOMERS in this huge store and the products on this round rack o. Sale, barely none of them have a price marked in red. I pointed out that these cool pants are on the sale rack and they are not marked down, so she said let me go to the register. She comes back to tell me they are $75 vs $109.00. I then got frustrated and said since your are so busy doing NOTHING why dont you spend time back in the sale section getting these items marked down to sale instead of SHIPPING them to a church in Missouri as a donation. NI told her you already lost a customer to the laziness of employees not doing their job. I went onto to ask about a red leather purse marked down to $99 one week ago and its still there, I asked her what she could do for me on that and she said nothing. So I believe she is worthless as a manager and this beautiful store will probably close sooner than later. Very sad especially in this...

I shop here all of the time and always see my usual lady, but she is on vacation this week which explains my horrible service…… wasn’t asked if I needed help, I was ignored, there was a staff person trying on clothes acting like she was on a run way who continued to reach around me to grab clothes to try on while I was looking. I didn’t know she was an employee until I was checking out and she asked to go on break. Not once did she even ask if I needed help while she was pretending to be America’s Top Model. I told the young lady who checked me out about the lack of customer service, she didn’t care, why would she? Anywho, I love this store but these employees aren’t worth two penny’s...

Only thing I wear because it lasts a long long time; I still wear some shirts and sweaters I got while in college in the ‘90s. Stopped at store to do my normal fall purchase of shirts, pants, jeans, etc. Sign posted that masks were required of ALL customers and employees. Was told I by employee that I needed a mask.
