Service is good, but if you need more time on your bill don’t even bother. I tried to ask for an extension and they only gave me 6 additional days. After asking if I could get a few days longer than that they told me I had to pay all of the bill except $10 and they would extend the $10 to the date I wanted. Very weird.
Update 20 minutes later. Instead of chatting I actually called this time. After being told the same thing I was told in the chat about the extension I asked how soon my service would be disconnected if I didn’t pay on the date and she said that same day I would be disconnected for non payment. I asked how I could be disconnected on the same day I’m due and she said that’s how the system is set up. So I said well if you can do it for 2 extra days so my service doesn’t shut off that would be ok. She said I’ll do this as a 1 time exception 🤣🤣🤣 so I asked why she couldn’t do the 1 time exception for the 5 days I needed and she because her name is going on it.
