I had an extremely upsetting experience at the pharmacy with an older woman—blonde hair, though I regret I didn’t catch her name as I was too flustered at the time. She spoke to me with such hostility and condescension that I was left stunned. I made no effort to provoke or escalate the situation and always strive to treat public service workers with kindness and respect. To be met with such passive aggression was both hurtful and disappointing. This encounter has left a lasting impression, and I will not be returning to Walgreens. Another glorious argument with the poor pharmacy staff, I drive 25 minutes to the store and there is no one waiting for a prescription. I was told it be 20 to 30 minutes because they have 110 prescription before the one I picked and they had to fill each and every prescription before they get to mine. Then the pharmacist tells me I'll have to wait until they finish.
