Happy Donuts — Restaurant in Altus

I BEEN GOIN TOO HAPPY DONUTS BEFORE EXCHANGING NEW OWNERS FOR MORE THEN 35 YRS NOW...I HAD A BAD Terrible Experience , Embarrassing , Humiliation that I was told nit too go back cuz I am not welcomed anymore really wow!!!! You see .. Because I Have been and started walkin my daily exercise in oder too lose some weight.....a friend of mine was wit me at the time I was asked too pay $ 1.50 for my cup of ice water from the day before and mine and my friends cup of ice water dat day while leaving the happy donuts. ...so not to make things worse I said sure ok ..I pay for the small ice vup of waters..the rhing is there's a other woman dictating and telling the young man that told me all this to tell me she's the one that made him tell me all this stuff because for some reason or another she doesn't like Hispanics...treats them bad wit a attitude ....cuz I seen how she throws the cup of coffee and donuts on while sitting it on their table. I see how she slids her hands &puts her hands all ovet the men and massages on the men arms....upper back that goes into the happy donuts shop so they can leave her a $ tips. .....I KNOW IT MAKES THEM FEELIN ALL UNCONFORTABLE AND STUFF. I DONT ITS RIGHT TO FOR THIS KIND OF TREATMENT AND Humiliation and Embarrassment in all other Customers..its not good for the HAPPY DONUTS BUSINESS AND HOW CAN I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHEM I BEEN TREATED AWFULLY !!!! I TOLD THE YOUNG MEN THE OWNERS BROTHER THAT ITS NOT GOIN TO BE ANY GOOD FOR ME TOO FO MY WALKIN ..COME INSIDE HAPPY DONUTS AND EAT DONUTS AND COFFEE. BUT WILL VOME IN IF I DO AND HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE AND A DONUT ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY .I AM TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WIT THE LADY THAT RUNS HAPPY DONUTS. BUT NO ONE WILL GIVE ME HER NUMBER. ALSO THEY TOLD ME FOR ME NOT TOO TELL ANYONE ANOUT IT !!! LOL... I WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT IT.. BELIEVE ME I WILL !!!!!! I MISS THE OTHER OWNERS.... .THEY ALWAYS TREATMENT ME WIT RESPECT AND NICE. ALL THE MEXICAN PEOPLE DONT HO THERE NO MORE BECAUSE OF BAD TREATMENT. .NO RESPECT ..NOW THEU ALL GO TO MCDONALD'S IN ALTUS. ..THEY KNOW HOW TOO TREAT PEOPLE ..THEY ARE MORE NICE TOO. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE ....WHERE THEY RESPECT AND TREAT ME NICER. I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT!!!! ITS VERY BAD FOR THEIR BUSINESS! !!!! HOPEFULLY I WILL CONTACT THE OWNERS BEFORE THEY LOSE MORE clientele because of that woman and young men...he's the owners brother wow! !...

Normally, when I've been in this doughnut shop, the atmosphere is great. The people who have been there awhile are always great. But they had I guess a new employee working there and this lady put off a I'm too good for this job vibe that kinda just ruined the experience for me. Spotted this little place going through Altus. We hadn't had donuts in forever. We used the drive through. The lady who greeted us was super friendly and patient while I tried to figure out what to take home to everyone. I tried a mix of multiple flavors from good ol'fashioned glaze donuts to blueberry cake. My family gives Happy Donuts an A+ on service and an A++++ on their donuts! Will definitely be returning when we come...
