Service is good, but if you need more time on your bill don’t even bother. I tried to ask for an extension and they only gave me 6 additional days. After asking if I could get a few days longer than that they told me I had to pay all of the bill except $10 and they would extend the $10 to the date I wanted. Very weird.

Update 20 minutes later. Instead of chatting I actually called this time. After being told the same thing I was told in the chat about the extension I asked how soon my service would be disconnected if I didn’t pay on the date and she said that same day I would be disconnected for non payment. I asked how I could be disconnected on the same day I’m due and she said that’s how the system is set up. So I said well if you can do it for 2 extra days so my service doesn’t shut off that would be ok. She said I’ll do this as a 1 time exception 🤣🤣🤣 so I asked why she couldn’t do the 1 time exception for the 5 days I needed and she because her name is going on it. Like, what does that have to do with an extension. Don’t waste your time trying to get them to help you...

Well I would say the bag of bones that was working there today was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She had zero interest in taking care of me or answering any of my questions and when she did answer my questions it was extremely rude.
