I was there this morning August 3rd, at 7:05am, the girl at the extra deli cash register on the side was literally too busy doing nothing to try and help me, there were no customers, all I was asking was what time the floral lady gets there, I got several I don't knows, and hmm I'm not sure, and I even asked well can you find out and her response was well you can go ask up front! Yes I guess I could have but I was in a hurry going to work I stopped there for breakfast and it was a quick question I thought. So I go pay at the front register, I ask that cashier who is always rude anyway, and get a cold response, 9:00, I said oh ok thank you? I wasn't asked for my rewards number, I wasn't even greeted! I requested cash back, she hands it to me and somewhat hands me my receipt, but I had to actually pick it up, no thank you come again, no have a good day no nothing! I said, well I hope your day gets better, and she rolled her eyes, greets the person walking up like they were best friends. Obviously she picks and chooses who she wants to greet or how she wants to treat each customer, and nothing is done. The customer service at this location used to be the best in town but it has gone to pot and it seems like management...
Read moreI go to united supermarket I would say 2-3 a week for the soup lunch the beef taco soup is the best. But when I go to check out I always go to the person by the drinks display if someone is there and I am usually greeted with a smile , a hello or how are you doing today. Alexis has never done this first I thought maybe she was having a bad day that day and I tried to ask how she is doing and I smiled and thanked her still and told her to have a good day today I went in there and got my soup walked up there, No greetings ,barley eye contact. she scans my soup I start entering in my phone number since I’m a rewards member there she verified my name and just said your good whenever I wasn’t paying with a card I had cash. I had soup 6 crackers spoon cash back that she gave me and my keys, phone in my hand and with all of that she still did not bag my soup I never have to ask and I honestly never thought I did because the employee here are usually amazing I’m sorry but I do customer service as well but that’s not how you do...
Read moreI was very surprised to see a store set up almost like the Shaw's Markets in New England where I was living before I moved here 2 1/2 months a go. I was pleased to be able to shop and see products from Signature Select there. That's what I was used to buying at Shaws as well as name brand merchandise. The cashier I used and his helper were very very nice and helpful the bagger. even offered to take my groceries out for me.That was nice. That's something that I hadn't expected...the don't do things like that in The smallest state in the USA...R I. I guess everything is bigger, better,friendlier here 😁😁👍👍. I wish I had gotten the names of the cashier and bagger.. .but I didn't because I was shocked about how different things are here. I will be shopping there again. maybe tomorrow...need some goodies for the Labor Day Holiday..... maybe if I lucky I will have those 2 gentlemen wait on me and then I can get their names and relate it to you so you will know who they are and how they treat their...
