I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Pizza Hut and I strongly advise against ordering from them. I recently found myself in a situation where I was unable to drive for 24 hours due to a medical procedure. In need of food, I decided to order pizza through their mobile app. However, the app repeatedly showed an error message when I tried to place the order. To make matters worse, when I attempted to try again, my card was declined.
To my utter shock, I discovered that Pizza Hut had charged my card the full amount for the pizza, delivery fee, and driver tip, despite the order not going through. When I called the store to address the issue, I was hung up on during my first attempt. After calling again, I spoke to a manager (whose name I never got) and explained my situation, emphasizing that I couldn't drive due to the medical procedure. The manager assured me that the pizza would be delivered since my card had been charged.
However, an entire hour passed and when I called to check on the order, I was informed that it had been changed to carry out and had been ready for 45 minutes already. Shockingly, the manager even tried to charge me again for the same order. After a lengthy discussion, she reluctantly agreed to send out the pizza for delivery, but by that time, it had been sitting out for 45 minutes and was cold. Instead of remaking it to ensure freshness, she insisted on sending the cold pizza.
Finally, after an hour and a half of frustration, I managed to convince the manager to remake the pizza and send it for delivery, as I had originally paid for. This entire ordeal is not an isolated incident, as I have experienced numerous mistakes with orders from this Pizza Hut location. It seems that I receive the wrong pizza more often than the correct one. Unfortunately, this is the only delivery option available in my area, or else I would have stopped ordering from them entirely.
Given the consistent issues I have faced, I have decided to explore alternative delivery services such as DoorDash or Uber Eats. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a seamless ordering experience. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut has failed to meet these expectations time and time again.
I strongly urge anyone considering ordering from Pizza Hut to reconsider and explore other options. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply...
Read moreThe only Pizza Hut in town that closes early at 9 or 10 pm every night including weekends (even all the burger, hot dog, and chicken places in this area are open until 11 pm weekdays and until midnight or later weekends). As a business you need to update your hours on Google maps. Then when they are open it’s slow or poor quality of work. Also something is wrong with this site and their connection with the app. It NEVER says 2 liter regular Pepsi is available (so we don’t order the drink deal) but each time we go in, regular Pepsi is the ONLY drink fully stocked! Disappointed they can’t just let us order/get the Pepsi that is clearly available. Either they need to fix this problem in their app for this store, or this store needs to fix what they show is available on the app. I’ll edit my review and rating if I find out app or any of these issues are ever fixed. In the meantime, we’ll continue to go to Dominos down the street or another nearby...
Read moreWhile this store is newer and I understand that kinks will need to be worked out we have had an issue with every order we have placed. Along with constant out of stock items including pizza crust the customer service needs SERIOUS work. We picked our order up and asked if everything was there and was assured it was. We have learned from previous experiences to check because things have been left or forgotten on ALL of our previous orders. Sure enough we were missing our one of major items. Went back in and the clerk proceeded to tell us “forget to get your xxxxx?”... like it was our fault. Never once have they apologized for any of the mess ups or forgotten pieces of our order. But they were gracious in letting us know that they were going to wake the $1 up charge for a pan pizza since they were out of hand...
