Today not happy, brought a belt a few wks ago, returned a week later, wrong size, had to get differ style, husband try's to place special belt buckle on it and snap pulls out of the belt. Waited in line 7 mins tried differ line only to get someone who doesn't do exchanges after waiting again 7-10 mins. Finally a helpful checker comes to help. Today- take belt to counter for exchange, tell her it broke, went to find another, had again to get differ style( it would be great if you had more than 1-2 belts in smaller sizes) when she checks me out she informs me since I don't have a receipt will not get full price back on exchange! It was not a discounted price as no belts were discounted or on sale, I get credit for 13 + dollars instead of 34$ the price of belt, & pay 35$ for the new one. When I said usually stores can find items you've brought with a credit card on computer she says ya we don't -sorry we get that complaint a lot.    Read moreThe products here are good I always come here because the products are what I need, today I was in line I waited 20 minutes for nobody to go outside and get a bar code for world so I sent one of my employees out there to get. then we waited another 20 minutes for a load out at that point I just told my employees take apart the wheel and get the lock off of it and we'll do it ourselves. and the meantime the manager lady in the blue shirt was at the front counter eating her breakfast talking to a bigger gentleman and an older lady just goofing off and I went up to him and I approach them. do you think maybe you could help your employees the guy at the register was doing everything he could he called over there four times and they ignored him and he even said they're not doing anything except twiddling their thumbs.
