The rent was overpriced when I began living there and they raise it regularly. I’d guess the going rate for a 4bed shoebox craphole is the same 4,000/month that Olympia place(the newest and nicest apartments in town) charges. Basically it’s only worth living there if you can handle management staff that are unprofessional and feel they can get away with it because you’re a college student. The ‘renovations’ they advertise are a poorly done coat of paint over what is reminiscent of section 16 housing.
