Person working was really nice, and the shops clean and has what seems like a nice selection. The biggest problem and why I might not come back is the return policy. I had an unused bowl piece for a bong that did not fit my piece and they refused to return it, only turn it into store credit or use it as credit for another piece. Visited the store to purchase a vaporizer as I am a medical marijuana user. The product was defective from the moment I purchased it. I visited the website of the company that makes the product and found that I was overcharged 80$ by Wildside. They made such a great commotion of how I was "getting an amazing deal" when in reality they were overcharging me. The customer service is amateur hour at best and caters best to uninformed people who need to be told what to buy. Disgusted at my experience...
