Subway — Restaurant in Amherst

I walked in this afternoon with my niece and there was the blond woman working behind the counter. My niece and I must have waited IN Front of her for over 5 minutes before I finally said, "hey are you going to take our order"? She replied in a rude tone, "I have to do these door dash orders first". The complete lack of customer service was baffling; she did not say "hi" when I walked in, she did not say to give her a moment while she completed her doordash orders, nothing! She just looked down and silently made doordash sandwich orders. This location needs to either train their employees in basic customer service, or stop employing rude college students who have no home training. This blond hair woman was a nightmare. Horrible experience. Two young girls served me and my son today. I was waiting for my van to get fixed next door. They were rude, never gave me a receipt for my transaction. Then when I went to get a refill for my fountain drink they said it was not allowed. Yet there was no sign. Not allowed to use the bathroom either. Then they laughed at me as I walked out the door. My first time trying this subway out, ordered curbside and the young dark girl came out and said one beep was enough when all i did was parked and checked in on the app. I never once touched my horn as curbside pick up you never have to beep your horn. She had so much attitude as she approached the car when thats all she said to us and my drink almost spilled the cover was not properly put on. I will stick to my subway at the mall. Stay away...
