253 Farmacy Weed Dispensary Amherst — Local services in Amherst

Honestly I would be inclined to give this dispensary 5 stars based on service of the employees, however I have to give it 4 because on multiple occasions the 253 brand cartridges are put together so poorly that the rubber part is coming out of the top, thus allowing air into the oil. One time I had to go back in THREE times because the cart they kept handing me was defective and I personally like carts where the hardware isn't falling apart. Last week aswell I ordered a certain strain, the preorder slip and my checkout slip said I had got that strain, but to my surprise when I read the bag it's not even the strain I ordered. I don't know how this happened as my checkout receipt says its the strain I ordered, yet it was a different one. I have absolutely no malice towards the people who work here as they have all been lovely, however I really wish 253 would have better quality control with their brand and products. An entire line of purple churro carts should not all have the rubber...

Mainly go here for the convenience as it's near work. Great staff, knowledgable of product, etc. I would love to give them 5 stars but I'm here to complain that the website is clunky as hell.

They load the store into an iframe so you have to scroll down to even see the shop. It's worse on mobile, and I have to wonder how many sales have been lost because potential customers don't think the site even works.

There are also no product descriptions and flower only has one subcategory, preground, so users can't filter out preground or look for...

Small store with a neat vibe, however the customer service was the worst I’ve had at any dispensary! The cashier making the second round of ID checks was abrupt and extremely rude while checking our IDs, after which we were simply thrown back into line to wait for another cashier and another round of ID checks.

With multiple other dispensaries within a 5-10 minute drive, all boasting as diverse a menu and astronomically better customer service; I’ll not be returning to RedCardinal in the near or...
