The best medical spa I have ever been to. I'm from Korea and visit Korea pretty regularly, and one of the things I always do is go to medical spas there because of how good the technicians are and how affordable it is. But this place is just as good, if not better than the medical spas even in Korea.

The prices are very affordable, and Shin Hee, the owner and the person who takes care of you is very good at her job and is informative throughout the entire process. She explains everything in detail and if you have any questions, she answers it very thoroughly. I left feeling great, but also more knowledgeable about my skin and what I need to do at home to make sure that my skin stays healthy and feeling good.

All of her equipment is also top of the line and imported from Korea. I really liked how she has a skin analyzer that told me the age of my skin and what I was lacking in/needed to do to get it better. [That was my favorite thing, being able to see my skin's age and a 5 page analysis on my skin - insane]. She also worked for many years as a registered nurse so she was very experienced with injections/needles and pretty much all medical procedures needed for these types of treatments. I highly recommend. Thank you for being so nice!

She's also fluent in Korean, so if your english isn't that great, she can explain everything in Korean!

I had a great experience at Prima Med spa! I can't thank Shin Hee enough for the wonderful work and help she did for my skin and health. I came in to get IV Hydration therapy (which worked wonders and helped me literally immediately), but while I was there she gave me a free skin analysis that was so helpful and comprehensive for what to do for my skin. I learned so much!! I'm changing up my entire skin care routine and I really appreciate the fact she did not try to upcharge me or sell me anything that she didn't think I needed. I feel like most places try to sell you services you don't need or expensive treatments, but I did not feel that way at all.

The IV hydration therapy was legitimately so good after a night out that I'm most likely going to do this every weekend. It's insane that I can spend money to inject myself with some vitamins and hydration to make myself feel better instantly after drinking a little too much the night before. I had a personalized mix that's focused on recovery, immune boost, health, and vitamins, but depending on what you need you can add/subtract different ingredients.

I relocated from LA to OC in June 2023 and I needed to find a skin care/treatment spa that was closer and cheaper than my previous WeHo and Beverly Hills spa locations. Thanks to a fantastic deal on Groupon, I found this amazing location in the city of LaPalma (close to North/Central OC cities and close to LA cities bordering OC).

Over the years I have been impressed with how Botox and Xeomin make my deep forehead frown lines go away. So I'm always on the hunt for a high quality, reasonably priced, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly place to give my business to. When looking for this place, keep in mind you won't see a large sign that says PRIMA MED SPA. In fact it says something else, but rest assured it is the only skincare spa in that complex.

I got Xeomin (like Botox) and I am very happy and impressed with the results and the service in general.
