Ordered 8 footlong subs on August 17, 2025 around 2:30pm for pickup at around 3:00pm. Didn’t leave house until 3:00pm so that the employees would have extra time to make sandwiches as I worked at a subway before and I know sometimes you are alone and get slammed by mobile and in person at the same time.
When I got there, two females were there meaning they had sufficient staff for one to work on in person orders and other on mobile orders. So I figured that was a good sign….boy was I wrong :(
for the amount of time I gave the employees, my sandwiches were inexcusably bad!
All my sandwiches were requested toasted and none of them were. Sandwiches were on the wrong bread(if you run out at least give the customer a call to ask if it’s okay or say something when they arrive for pickup). That was protocol when I worked at subway like 5 years ago. And a lot of ingredients on my sub were missing. It’s like they can’t read the receipt with the instructions that prints out for mobile orders.
Do better! Hire better staff, I did see a help wanted sign when I picked up so that explains why. Hire some staff that can read the instructions to build a sub the way customer ordered. And for readers I would honestly go somewhere else to order as this left a sour taste...
