The young man who took my order at the drive-thru he was really nice so this is nothing in regards to his customer service. But the food there has gotten very bad! I ordered two tacos because I knew back in the day they were pretty good but what they gave me I couldn't describe what was in the middle It was disgusting like they just slapped a glob of whatever it was. Truly disgusting so whatever you do do not eat their tacos their burgers might still be good but the tacos are disgusting. I will include a picture. My advice is to pay attention to the food you're serving people because nothing about those two tacos look edible. I would have came back to get my money back but I'm already too far. Another thing if you compare multiple Burger King locations that's in the area this location is the most expensive. There's one 5 minutes away that has regular prices and is located on Euclid and their food is delicious. I don't mind coming back to this location in the future hopefully they get their food right. Read moreWent inside to order a soft ice cream cone, so I could get a cup of water for my kitten. Other wise I had to pay for the cup. I was not trying to get anything really, only had $2.79 in my cash app. When the lady handed me the cone, was very top heavy from the 4 or 5 swirls of soft serve ice cream. I then asked for another cup, & a spoon as well to put the cone in. At the same time she gives me the extra cup, n spoon, all the ice cream falls off the cone onto the counter. I proceeded to get the ice cream into the cup. Feeling quite embarrassed because another customer had just walked in and saw what happened. The lady working proceeded to go ahead and help the new customer, without even offering any assistance to me. I had to ask her to get napkins for my hands which I used to put dumped ice cream into the cup. I was just in shock, and still can't believe she didn't help me by ignoring what just happened and immediately proceeded to take the person's order? She actually let me have the spoiled ice cream I picked up off the counter with my hands?! Didn't offer to make me a new cone, and gave me only 2 napkins after taking order from new customer first.
