The Candy Shop — Local services in Anaheim

The website states that the shop will be open at noon. I arrived there at noon to a closed shop. I have purchased items from this location before and I know the girl is always late and irritated so I understood when she said she needed 30 minutes for a "bank drop". I asked my friend while on the phone with the lady if my friend was OK with the wait. We agreed 30 minutes. After 35 minutes my friend called to check to see if the store was open and my friend was told 45 minutes because the lady needed to make a bank drop. After realizing that we'd been lied to, my friend hung up. Obviously we took our business else where. But two hours after the fact, I get a call from the candy shop that they're now open. I tried to explain that the gentleman who was willing to make the purchases prior, was no longer interested in doing business with them. To this, she said "whatever" and hung up on me.

The unprofessionalism is wild. We only requested that you uphold the expectations that YOU set. I will not be shopping with Candy Shop in the future and will not refer anyone else to the location. Do...

I love this store, the store is super cute!!! I get all my exotic dance wear here. It has a great selection of outfits, & you can always try something on. The owner is super helpful, & rhinestones a lot of her pieces herself. She is super hands on & if you want something rhinestoned she will pleasantly do it. The quality of the dance wear is super nice & is super affordable. The store also has a great selection in shoes.
