Oxi Wash — Local services in Anaheim

The machines are not always working well and when you call the managing person Lucy, she is not helpful. Instead, she questions your ability to use the machine as if it was rocket science. One particular instance, one of the bigger machines did not dispense the detergent, my clothes were only rinsed w/ water and they smelled humid and not freshly washed like the other 3 loads I washed. I called Lucy because I spent $4.75 on this load, however, Lucy was not helpful at all and kept repeating that the bigger machines needed more detergent so maybe I did not use enough. This is not my first time using these bigger machines, I have been using a laundromat for decades now, I assured her I knew how to use them but she was still adamant that I most likely did not use the machine properly. To say the least, she did not provide any kind of solution. I use to wash my clothes at this location because of the 24hr convenience. A lot of the washers and dryers seem to always be out of service, and their poor service trumps the 24 hr convenience. This place is not worth it anymore.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I came in tonight to use one of the dryers and immediately a maintenance/service man came up to me and said I cannot use their dryer unless my items have been in their washing machine first, what?!? I said I purposely hand wash them, since they are a pair of shoes and cannot go into the washing machine and could cause or be damaged. U explained they’re just wet and I even brought a couple of towels to put in the dryer to cut down on any noise. He just flat out refused to allow me to use his machines. Is he worried I’m gonna get his all ready dirty dryer dirtier? Considering the place is jampacked with dirty old machines including multiple ones are broke down with caution tape around them sitting in the corners of the laundromat making an already small space even smaller. What were my shoes gonna do to his machine? There is no sign stating you can’t just use a dryer, I’ve never heard of anything like this before, guess I’m not their “typical customer”. He was completely unprofessional and rude, do not go here!! A lot better places in the area, don’t support this business, what ever happened to basic customer...

The supposed guy that was there, didn't even wanted to give me his name! And he first said he was the cleaner and after that i asked again and he said he was the owner 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️, i dont understand why they cant just understand that there would be customers that will only need to dry and not wash and dry, and why is the gas price is more expensive than what we pay for drying and thats the reason why you dont let us dry, then its not out fault that you dont increase the price of the dryer service 🙄, its not nice that you are avoiding customers to dry just because you dont want to win more money on the dryers, i came this time because it was closer to my house, but next time ill go to Big A laundry, they let me dry with no issues, and there's other laundries that also let me dry, but this is the only old laundry that brags to customers that need to dry. Sorry but not coming back, dont want to pass this bad...
