Went into the T-Mobile store tonight hoping to upgrade, but all they did was punch in our number and send a link for us to handle the upgrade ourselves. No help with questions, no real support. Honestly, what’s the point of having a store if the customer has to figure it all out? They also told us it would be 800.00 for each phone to upgrade!
To top it off, it was 30 minutes before closing and they told us to just come back tomorrow.
The good news: after calling customer service, everything was taken care of quickly and they were very helpful. So if you run into an issue—skip the store and just call customer service. Big thanks to them for actually helping! Oh by the way didn’t cost us anything to...
