When i tell you, i was in a bind and had money on every one of my cards, had cash, had change, even pennies, and they made it seem easy to get it done for me. The two that work up there named Alex and Wade, showed love. They didnt hassle me, tell me that they cant do this, or cant do that, they just smiled, looked at each other and tag teamed on getting my payment in for my phone bill. I just so happen to forget that my phone bill was due because i took off the auto pay on my account due to the loss of my job, so it wasnt in my mind to remember, cause I'm used to it being taken care of out of pure routine. They didn't judge me, ask questions or anything, they just hopped to it and used everything i had money on to pay my bill. I really enjoyed watching them work and make sure their customer left satisfied. I will say due to that experience, knowing it was a far reach, i highly recommended this specific store that has them two as a team, because they made me feel like me having money everywhere that added up to my bill wasnt a problem at all, when I'm almost certain that it would have been with anyone else. On the occasion that i TRIED to use this store i had an issue. Markus, the sales rep who works at this location, opened the store late. I waited 10 min after the store should open and gave up. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased the phone since I knew they were in stock. I took them back to this store to get them activated. He said he would have to charge me $60 to help me since I didn't buy them there. When I told him he was late is the reason I didnt buy them there he said it wasn't his fault since the bank was busy and he showed up to the bank only 15 min before the store opened. Everytime I go to this boost store, Matt has always helped no matter what. I've had nothing but good experiences. People always say time is quality yeah might be a lil bit of a slow service for the people that complain but you leave with no problems and if you have problems over time this guy here(Matt) makes the time up. I live in Madison county and I have no problem with signal unless dead country but aluminum housing is a lil struggle. If anyone should go to boost it should be this store and should deal with Matt.
