Rude, they close at 8, I went in at 5:45 they stopped me at the door with the guy standing outside smoking and said they were too busy that I needed to come back I'm 45 minutes. (There were two customers inside.) So I left and came back in 45 minutes and when I walked in he asks what i need and i tell him again, and he says oh you say you come back in 45 minutes, then laughs and says they are busy again. (With another two customers). Just seems like bad customer service to turn people away or ask them to come back and not take them. I wont be back, I will find a new place to go. I paid $53 plus a good tip to have my nails done, within 2 weeks : of them have popped off and another is loose. I called to see what they would do about it after the first one popped off and was told I would have to pay to have the nail to be replaced, or has already been 2 weeks. Th e first nail actually popped off less than 2 weeks after having them some!! I feel like my nails should last atleast until it’s time to get them filled in! They obviously did not prep my nail correctly before applying the acrylic nail and they should replace it, but since they won’t, I definitely will not go...
