We bought a mattress over a year ago which is excellent quality and, though expensive, we are well satisfied with the quality of our investment. We returned recently to consider purchasing another mattress for another room. The hours of the shop are very limited. The website is very generic, no specifics or prices and no way to shop online. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing time and were abruptly told about the closing time before even entering the door. The delivery times available are very limited, one weekday morning and one weekday afternoon. No weekend or evening delivery. Or we were offered the opportunity to collect the mattress ourselves from the shop during their limited open hours. The only option to purchase without coming into the shop is by telephone to the shop, yes, during the very limited open hours, of course. Sorry, but a quality product is no longer enough. Read more3 star review because of a couple issues we had. The issue wasn’t with Mark though. It was with how the bed was put together over at their assembly building. Mark was great to interact with. He has great customer service and communication. We ended up going a different route for a bed after having a couple issues with a bed we bought. Mark tried to take care of the issue and he eventually gave a full refund. He even didn’t take out the charge to pick the bed up from our refund.
