I've only been to this location a few times over the past year and a half and had a very good experience. This last time, was not a good experience. I felt like I was being watched, I was asked if I needed any help three times from the two employees in about 15 min. I soon purchase three items, totaling $104. After I left I realized I paid too much for what I had bought, I was charged the same price. I came back and showed what I had bought along with the receipt to the one who ringed me up. He realized the mistake but was not sure on how to refund me. The second employee took over but seemed very frustrated with the situation. He showed me a copy of the refund but did not give me a copy. When I asked for a copy, he gave me attitude by saying, "I want this (situation?) to stop" and "I have a bad feeling about about this whole thing". After he left, the first employee apologized again. This sweet older woman helped me look around the store to find it and because we couldn’t find it she went to the back to ask for help. She came out from the back with the general manager. He had the audacity to say he had the product in the back, but refused to sell it to me while I was there. He continued to say that this was an allocated product and he would be putting it out later today. Regardless of whether or not, this is an allocated product, to stare your customer in the face and say I have it in the back, but you can’t have it - Is a slap in the face. I mean, do you not want to sell it? Isn’t that the point? On top of that, he refused to tell me when he was putting it out so I could come back. I don't drin alcohol so I don't know one kind of liquor from another kind so when my beautiful wife asks me to stop ond get something I'm always uncomfortable because I have to ask for help identifying the items on my list. The staff here saw that i was lost and offered help and of course I accepted. I showed the nice lady my list and she took off around the very clean store grabbing all the items. Two items were out of stock and she kindly suggested alternatives which my wife approved of when I called her. I spoke with 2 of my friends about my shopping experience here and they both said this was their favorite store...
