Kings Antenna Service — Local services in Angola

My total was $423. They service person was here just over an hour. $95. was a service call charge and $190. for labor. Told me he was closeby. He showed up 45 minutes later. Never said he was going to charge extra because he, afterall, was in Angola. When I went in to the office to see why it was so much, the receptionist gave me the owners number. I called and he said he would refund me $40 from labor. I didn't receive a check, so I called to remind him. He said he didn't say that, but he'd honor it anyways. I didn't get anything. I called again and left a message for him. He called me back and said he never told me that. This is after he did twice. Then he got snotty with me and said, "do me a favor", I asked what, thinking he was going to say something as to giving a good referral because they came and did the job. Instead, he says, "don't ever call us again".

Gladly, Jerk, I wont. It wasn't worth the $383. (after the check for $40. finally came.) I will make sure people know what kind of business you run! Don't use this service!...

King went above and beyond. Had a outdoor movie night at my place of business and stayed until the movie was done and even helped clean up and tear down the equipment. That is true customer service because I bought the sound system from him, not like he had to stay to take the equipment back. Great quality equipment...
