4/1/25, 11:30. I'd give zero stars for this location, if possible. Came in to potentially upgrade phones.
After giving phone numbers, she walked over to the other employee to ask questions. When she came back, the only thing she said was, with the promotion going on, my bill would go up $73. Okay, prices go up, no big deal. However, she couldnât explain why. I asked what the difference between the plans was. Again, just the price. I had to keep asking, "Whatâs the difference in plans?" I was told the middle plan had unlimited data, talk, and text. I asked, "What does the cheaper plan have?" Unlimited data, talk, and text. "What about the more expensive plan?" Unlimited data, talk, and text. There wasnât anything available to show me what each plan includes. Finally, she mumbles, "Hotspot for the mid plan." Okay, whatâs the difference between the mid and high plans? Again, she mumbles the answer. I wasnât asked what phone I wanted to upgrade to. Not given the trade-in value for the phones. The promotion wasnât explained at all. I did say, when I was leaving, "As a salesperson myself, you should know your product and what youâre selling, to help your customers." She never looked up from her phone, and the guy looked but didnât say anything, then put his head back into his phone.
I still donât know the difference in plans or the promotion details. I know less then before I walked into the store.
Funny, how all the good review responses are different, thanking the customer. The bad reviews are the same responses from the owner going back years! Once again I know less! Insisted I had set a pin. At first I was embarrassed as I didn't recall doing so, or what pin was. She was no help and said I had to call Verizon customer service. I was on hold with customer service waiting for help for over half an hour with no answer. I reviewed email for pickup and it stated my id and card used to place order must be presented for pickup..OR Verizon pin. However, it was impossible for me to create a Verizon pin that rude csr insisted I had as it is required to have a Verizon account to do so. Well, Verizon understandably won't let a person create an account until one has service with them. After explaining to CSR she still was zero help. Asked her to cancel order. She stated she did. However, I continued to receive emails saying order ready for pickup. I called and she again lied saying she had canceled order...after waiting 4 days Verizon finally canceled order due to lack of pickup. NEVER will I consider Verizon again for service. NOT tech savy by any means.....These phones are night and day different. Wasn't shown anything. Couldn't pull contacts due to her old phone being locked. So I went back in with her due to NOT being a tech savvy person, only ever had Samsung ordered her a different from within 30 days of getting said iPhone. She went in on Friday of them receiving new phone ordered and was told they couldn't connect the 2 phones to pull her information. Couldn't get contacts from iPhone due to the phone being cleared out by associate. This customer service at this store is less to be desired. I've been in customer service for 25 years. Your customer comes first, you make it right before they walk out of the door. My mom walked out without any contacts, nothing moved to her new phone. This is bad service.
