We ate here for lunch yesterday and experienced the new menu. $15 includes your choice of entree, starter, beverage, and dessert. The starter we chose was the Street Corn Soup. The flavor was delicious, but fhe soup came out lukewarm, but we ate it and didn't affect the experience. I ordered the beef tenderloin and my wife ordered the Barramundi. The beef tenderloin came out a perfect medium rare, but the fish was undercooked in the center. We replaced it with the Smash Burger option, and they replaced it quick, and it was delicious. I was at the last Bistro lunch today, 4/21/23. I ordered the miso soup which was lukewarm, the swedish meatballs were to be on herbed rice pilaf and it was on plain white rice and the sauce tasted like white flour gravy. Meatballs were dense and no flavor of allspice or really any flavor. Our server cleaned other tables instead of bringing M out our dessert.
