My favorite pet store, I have been shopping at PS+ for over 12 years. They helped me socialize my first set of min pin puppies from the time they were young and both my dogs (Dora & George) loved to visit there. Now in this hard time of social distancing I find myself with 2 new puppies (Wilbur & Freddie). I’m older so delivery is working best for me, I ordered online, someone packed my order at the store and then drove it to my home, it was a no-contact delivery packed with care for the weather and there was a hand written thank you note — sincerely thanking us for our business. Run away as fast as you can if you are getting your dog groomed here. Female groomer did it first, returned two days later to a male groomer hoping he would be better. Both results were the worst I have EVER experienced. The female was a trainee and no one mentioned it. Look at the photo of vets comments; the vet said it was the worst job she has ever seen. I had to go to the vet because the dog was limping after he was groomed here. BOTH 'groomers' were told not to use a collar because he has a trachea problem; please use a harness instead. When I picked up, BOTH groomers had a collar around the dogs neck. The second groomer said the dog would not stand up. DUH.....put a towel on the stainless table; don't fight it. Wonderful store! The best selection of pet supplies I have seen in recent years. They had more variety of different wet cat food cans than I have seen at any other store, even compared to trying to order from PetSmart online. I was seriously impressed.

The prices were very fair, and that's before any discounts or coupons were applied, so I actually saved even more money, compared to shopping elsewhere.

I didn't interact too much with the employees, but I was greeted when in the store, and they opened up another register as soon as I got in line to checkout, so I had no wait at all. Everyone was very nice, based on the short interactions I had.

This is going to become my go-to pet supply store...
