The food is always good, but unfortunately there is a practice going on with carryout orders upon pick-up that I cannot be silent about anymore. Each time I call in a pickup order and get to the store I'm always told the same phrase as they pull up the payment screen for card payment: "Please press confirm on the pad." Or something along those lines. The customer is always instructed by the cashier to look for that confirm button. Nothing about tipping is ever mentioned. They never say "Take a look at the screen to verify your order or payment is correct." Nothing like that...it's always "Press confirm." So in a moment's notice, a customer is conditioned to just press that button and not look any closer. BUT there is ALWAYS a tip amount pre selected and must be changed to "No tip" (by pressing that button) to remove it. I'm sorry, but that's obnoxious. I'm paying for food that I come and pick up. The business sells food. I shouldn't have to tip because someone handed me a bag. Either pay your workers an amount of pay that is worth working for, or just increase your prices. Tricking customers into tipping on card by conditioning the customer in a moment to just not realize they're being swindled out of a a few bucks. I don't even know that the store IS even giving these tips to their employees in a fair way, and not just keeping it for themselves. This practice should come to an end. I'm considering calling the Better Business Bureau about it and making a complaint. And I WILL be keeping my eye on this review to make sure it's not paid to be removed. The public deserves to...
Read moreThere is something seriously weird about this place. The food is good which is what always brings us back - but there are rude, unwelcoming people working there and they can't ever seem to get our orders right. They are usually pretty busy - which is understandable. I called in a pick-up order yesterday, waited forever in line while the lady behind the register chatted it up and looked at photos in a customers phone while myself and a few others waited in line behind them. Finally got to the register (agree with the other review about their terrible payment system) - she asks me to confirm. The order "looks" correct on the screen - I pay. She gives me a number card and starts taking the order of the person behind me. My order was ready to go - I had to ask her why I needed the card and she said "oh, let me check" and handed me the food. Again, whatever, maybe she's new.
But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. my fiance or myself orders from this place - they almost NEVER honor any adjustments to our orders. Extra sprouts? Nope, sorry. Extra shrimp? Barely any at all - would hate to see how many shrimp come in a regular order. Extra egg? Can hardly find ANY egg. It's just SO so bizarre and that's been the case for a very long time. Please someone explain this to me because my fiance and I feel like we are taking crazy pills. And we pay for these extras, they aren't free. And I HAVE taken the order back a few times for them to fix, they HAVE corrected it a couple times - but I really don't want to be the person to have them make a whole new dish just for extra...

Finding filling, quick, AND flavorful vegan options is a challenge so No Thai is definitely our go-to. Thought it’s not authentic Thai food (hence the name), it’s pretty great for Thai inspired. We normally order for dinner and lunch and are always satisfied but today we ordered just as they opened. With restaurants in general you sometimes get rushed, thrown together food or reheated stale ingredients from the night before but that was not the case here. Everything was super fresh and even a little better than usual. Having worked in food service recently and knowing all that goes on behind the scenes I just had to let it be known how appreciative I am and how much I enjoyed my food. Opening can go left sometimes and effect the quality of service and food if you’re not prepared. Thank you for being so ON POINT!
Also, a woman answered the phone and took my order and was wayyy nicer and more patient than the usual guy who answers during lunch or dinner (who isn’t terrible, but the difference was huge). I understand that busier times of day lead to faster conversations but there’s a certain way to do it without making the customer feel like an inconvenience, it’s all about your tone. She was exactly what was needed to start the experience off right, only to be followed by great quality food. I see you boo and I thank you and the morning crew for making a difference. I hope the good energy is returned back to you...
