DO NOT GO HERE!! I bought a car from here and it needed new battery terminals from the day I bought it, they put the wrong ones on twice. From the beginning it has been very difficult dealing with the repair manager Beth, they also sold me the car with a bad CVT transmission. Beth at first refused that anything was wrong with the transmission and wanted me to pay a shop to diagnose it, after some convincing she suddenly knew a place that could diagnose it for free. I go to the shop and at no surprise the transmission was going out. I take my car to carmart to get it fixed. I was told it would take a week a half. I called everyday after a week and they always told me "Beth isn't here" or they haven't heard anything from the shop, I eventually asked where my car was and they told me "we signed an NDA, we can't tell you". I wait and wait and call and call. No updates. No progress. 3 weeks and 5 days in I get a call and am told my car is ready to pick up. We go up to pick up my car and there is more wrong with it than when it was put in the shop! It had absolutely no power, the brakes did not work right, it had trouble starting, the engine shook and ticked, the engine light was on, my collision sensors were malfunctioning. We ran the codes and it was throwing several codes, camshaft codes. We go right back in and explain. She denies that anything is wrong " drove that car there is nothing wrong" we argue for the longest time. She tells me to the it to the shop she recommended the first time. I do, it was squirting transmission fluid everywhere because they didn't put the cap back on, the air box tube was NOT hooked up and it was left broken and cannot seal, the brakes were not bled after they took the subframe off so it was leaking and had air in the brake line so the brakes didn't work right, and were leaking all over my tires. Now let me remind you I put in the shop because the transmission was slipping. The guy from the shop has taken the repair over. So we will see if it is fixed or if the mystery shop totalled my car. She kept saying "I just can't see what is wrong with it" is what Beth kept saying. So Beth, either you're a liar and you know it. Or you know so little about cars that you thought my car is was ok. Either way, you should NOT be a repair manager. Update Sep 12 2024: I've had the car back about a week. And the transmission belt snapped or the disks broke last night. The car will not go into gear or park. I noticed they put a refurbished transmission in. I do not recommend this place. It is now going into the shop for the 3rd time. Hopefully it will be fixed correctly this time. Update: October 7th My car is now fixed thanks to the new manager. What broke was the CV axle. Update: Oct 31st Just realized the shop didn't put my shield that protects the bottom of my engine back on. My fenders are now dragging and burnt up. My engine has been exposed to rocks and everything. TIRED of half assed work. Sorry for the language but I'm gonna call it like it is. HALF ASSED. This has been a complete nightmare. I should NOT have to be in constant contact with corporate. I have been told I can be put in a new car by corporate and then this location tells me I can't be. They say my only option is to turn it back in and get my loan canceled. NO! That means I wasted so much money!! And the fact is I'm not the only one!! Almost every review is a very similar story to mine!

VERY UNSATISFIED While the staff was nice, I have complaints about my experience. This may very well be my fault because i’ve never bought a car and i needed one asap BUT i ended up paying $500 a month for a basic 2013 altima with 170k miles on it and they claimed it was the cheapest car they had and in good condition. As soon as i got it home and parked it my check engine light came on. I also noticed the day i got it that there were a few ants in the car and i blew it off until that night when i realized the car was INFESTED with ants. A few days later the windshield wiper snapped off in the middle of me driving in the pouring rain.There’s a leak coming from somewhere so every time it rains my front and back passenger floorboards get soaked and soured out. The sensor for gas mileage is broken and telling me i have about 130 more miles until E than i actually have. And to top it all off my AC doesn’t work. Ive had the car for just a little over a month but couldn’t buy a warranty because i couldn’t afford it on top of the $500 a month and every time i’ve tried to call nobody answers.

As far as the rest of the team I appreciate that you all stayed in support. The true feeling of family is here.(update: the car I received is barely hanging on and not worth the money. I do not recommend buying from here. I am now stuck with this vehicle that needs a new axle and a new engine. Thanks for the headache. No wonder yall push the service plans, if you would have told me this issues before hand and not covered up the issue I could have had them fixed before I made a trip to spend with family. I bought the vehicle at 136439 miles and I’m now at 137032. The day after my week was up the check engine light came on and is running off 2 cylinders. I really hope you do get what you gave 100 times over.

Update 2025 Car-Mart is still the one! The extended warranty and customer service is why I keep coming back. 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan I’m retired traveling the world in my new van!

Two years later I’m back to get my 2nd vehicle! Customer service is KEY to anything I purchase. Daniel and his Carmart staff delivered the best service for the last 2 years and I’m ready to go in my new Nissan Rogue. Renee is over service and maintenance and she knows how to deliver the best service. They are always kind and very willing to listen and help with all your needs. The new tier extended warranty is the best. You also get the first 6 oil changes for FREE. Also 1 year of FREE ROADSIDE SERVICE. It really is a GREAT PLACE to do business❤️ 6-23-22

Car-Mart is absolutely the most professional, positive, and best dealership. I was caught in a COVID-19 nightmare. They came through without any hesitation💚 I had a new vehicle on a busy Friday afternoon in 2 hours, start to finish. Daniel, Cyrena, Justin, and Derrick were the best.!! Respectful and kind, to an aging professional lady, that had to have a vehicle to continue her career. I can’t say enough about them and how they touch my heart. ❤️ I thank all of them for how they helped me.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to get a car here because if you have trouble making payments and can’t make a full payment they gonna come and get your car and not give your things back that’s in your car I had medicine in my car and my billfold was in there with my license and social Security card and a baby picture was in there with other things in my billfold . All this was in the dash between the seats. And when I came to car mart to get my things I only got things that was laying around lose in my car I know what I had in my car and car mart somebody working there got my billfold with my things I had in there or the one who came by and got the car got my things I was nice enough to bring back the key to the car like they wanted it but still didn’t get my things that I need but I promised you I may not ever get back but it looks really low down and sorry for ever who in car mart that did keep and I have tried to talk nicely to the people at car mart about this but they want to call me a liar am not a liar I know what I had in my car and I know somebody from car mart kept my things or somebody stole my things but ever who got they...
