DO NOT GO HERE!! I bought a car from here and it needed new battery terminals from the day I bought it, they put the wrong ones on twice. From the beginning it has been very difficult dealing with the repair manager Beth, they also sold me the car with a bad CVT transmission. Beth at first refused that anything was wrong with the transmission and wanted me to pay a shop to diagnose it, after some convincing she suddenly knew a place that could diagnose it for free. I go to the shop and at no surprise the transmission was going out. I take my car to carmart to get it fixed. I was told it would take a week a half. I called everyday after a week and they always told me "Beth isn't here" or they haven't heard anything from the shop, I eventually asked where my car was and they told me "we signed an NDA, we can't tell you". I wait and wait and call and call. No updates. No progress. 3 weeks and 5 days in I get a call and am told my car is ready to pick up. We go up to pick up my car and there is more wrong with it than when it was put in the shop! It had absolutely no power, the brakes did not work right, it had trouble starting, the engine shook and ticked, the engine light was on, my collision sensors were malfunctioning. We ran the codes and it was throwing several codes, camshaft codes. We go right back in and explain. She denies that anything is wrong " drove that car there is nothing wrong" we argue for the longest time. She tells me to the it to the shop she recommended the first time. I do, it was squirting transmission fluid everywhere because they didn't put the cap back on, the air box tube was NOT hooked up and it was left broken and cannot seal, the brakes were not bled after they took the subframe off so it was leaking and had air in the brake line so the brakes didn't work right, and were leaking all over my tires. Now let me remind you I put in the shop because the transmission was slipping. The guy from the shop has taken the repair over. So we will see if it is fixed or if the mystery shop totalled my car. She kept saying "I just can't see what is wrong with it" is what Beth kept saying. So Beth, either you're a liar and you know it. Or you know so little about cars that you thought my car is was ok. Either way, you should NOT be a repair manager.
Update Sep 12 2024: I've had the car back about a week. And the transmission belt snapped or the disks broke last night. The car will not go into gear or park. I noticed they put a refurbished transmission in. I do not recommend this place. It is now going into the shop for the 3rd time. Hopefully it will be fixed correctly this time.
Update: October 7th My car is now fixed thanks to the new manager. What broke was the CV axle.
Update: Oct 31st Just realized the shop didn't put my shield that protects the bottom of my engine back on. My fenders are now dragging and burnt up. My engine has been exposed to rocks and everything. TIRED of half assed work. Sorry for the language but I'm gonna call it like it is. HALF ASSED. This has been a complete nightmare. I should NOT have to be in constant contact with corporate. I have been told I can be put in a new car by corporate and then this location tells me I can't be. They say my only option is to turn it back in and get my loan canceled. NO! That means I wasted so much money!! And the fact is I'm not the only one!! Almost every review is a very similar...

They came through without any hesitation💚 I had a new vehicle on a busy Friday afternoon in 2 hours, start to finish. Daniel, Cyrena, Justin, and Derrick were the best.!! All this was in the dash between the seats.
